Shipping
- Titan ADV&Rally Motorcycles GmbH (further on “Titan” or “the Company” or “we”) utilizes UPS as our preferred shipping partner to deliver products to our customers. In certain cases, in accordance with the customer and the Company, goods can be sent via SwissPost. We are diligently working on making this available on the checkout page, however, for the time being, it is only available for the orders made via email.
- Shipping Timelines: We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. The estimated shipping timeframes provided during the checkout process are based on standard shipping practices and may vary depending on the destination.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package.
- Delivery Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. The Company shall not be held liable for misdelivery or non-delivery due to inaccuracies in the provided address.
- Delays or Disruptions: While we work closely with UPS to ensure efficient delivery, the Company is not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or issues arising from the actions or circumstances of UPS. Any claims related to shipping delays should be directed to UPS as per their policies.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
- International Shipping: Please note that packages can be subject to additional duty and custom taxes when entering your state. These duties and taxes collected at customs are beyond our control and can vary at every country.
